We manage renovation projects from the first walk-through to the final punch list: writing the scope, sequencing the trades, keeping the site on track and documenting progress along the way.
Work that requires a licensed trade — such as electrical, plumbing or gas — is carried out by appropriately licensed professionals and coordinated as part of the project.
