Violation Removal & Certification Support
Correcting the conditions behind an HPD or DOB violation, documented so the correction can be certified.
A violation is a clock. HPD classes run from A to C, and an immediately hazardous condition can carry a deadline measured in hours rather than weeks. If nobody acts, the agency can arrange the work itself and bill the owner for it.
We take the notice, walk the cited location, and correct the conditions on it — the missing smoke alarm, the defective plaster, the broken window, the leak, the door that will not self-close. Each cited item is photographed as we found it, corrected, then photographed again from the same angle, and you get a record per item with dates on it.
We correct conditions. We do not file certifications of correction, contest a violation, appear at a hearing or give legal advice — that stays with the owner or the owner’s representative, and we hand them the documentation they need for it. Where a cited condition calls for a licensed trade, a permit or a professional filing, we say so before starting and coordinate that trade.
