  • Pre-inspection walk-throughs against NSPIRE or HQS, unit by unit
  • A written list of what would be written up, sorted by severity
  • Life-safety items first: smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, egress, handrails and guards
  • Repairs to close out findings before the inspection date
  • Working a failed inspection report item by item

Violation Removal & Certification Support

Correcting the conditions behind an HPD or DOB violation, documented so the correction can be certified.

  • HPD violation classes A, B and C
